Golden Given Homes SMS program
Golden Given Homes sends operational, non-marketing text messages to contractors, vendors, and other recipients who provide a mobile number and agree to receive messages. Messages may include work-date confirmations, task assignments, schedule reminders, progress requests, delays, inspections, material issues, and replies to recipient-initiated messages.
Opt-in and consent
By replying YES or Y after receiving the Golden Given Homes consent disclosure, or by saying YES after the complete verbal consent script is read to you, you expressly agree to receive recurring operational project text messages at the mobile number you provided and accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Golden Given Homes records consent only after that affirmative response. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on project activity and your communications with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or email info@goldengiven.com. If you later want to resume messages, contact us and provide renewed consent.
